Rita Lopez, Founder of Avanzar Consulting, has over 30 years of experience in the HR field, having worked with esteemed organisations. She was the Founder & Director of Synergy HRS, an HR consulting company providing end-to-end HR solutions for small to large family-managed businesses in India and overseas.  Rita has coached owners of family managed businesses in strategies to drive business growth. 

During this period, Synergy HRS partnered with clients owning family-managed businesses from various niches, including engineering, manufacturing, trading, logistics, photography, service industry, hospitality, real estate, and infrastructure. She helped them define HR strategies and identify business goals aligned with the vision and mission of the family-managed businesses.

Rita conducted extensive training programmes in Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Time Management, Conflict Resolution, Customer Service, Goal Setting, Team Effectiveness, Performance Management Cycle, Personal Effectiveness, Stress Management, and Coaching & Mentoring. She is also a certified co-assessor for Assessment Centres.
